Fran Wiernusz, President CEO JEA International
JEA International is the newly created arm of Julia Edmunds Associates which has been recruiting both domestically and
internationally since 1989.
JEA began as a one woman office, the
brainchild of Fran Wiernusz, with part time associates as needed and now has grown to three offices with several full time
and part time employees
Fran has been in the employment and marketing business for more than thirty years
with the government and private firms.
Fran noted a need for trained,
tested, healthcare professionals and realized the United Staes was unable to meet the demand domestically. Still continuing
to work with domestic candidates JEA branched out overseas to fill these vacant positions
